so why I have opened this blog ? after 25 years in the airline industries, my voice was never heard by anyone, so I decided to go on my own…..
My blog will be very perfect to tell what I’m thinking, and how little things can change the business for better revenue and passenger experience and of course, ask me any question related to this industry, I’ll be happy to answer.
