HOW TO KEEP YOUR PILOT AND NOT LET THEM GO FOR AN OTHER AIRLINE

How To Keep Your Pilot And Not Let Them Go For An Other Airline :

vers simple strategy :

we will take Ryanair exemple, they have most of their fleet in the 737, so they have to challenge their recruitment by  employing a lot of first officer, and bond their type rating for few month,

but the problem , all of their F/O, are going to leave for an other airline, the reason ?

first because F/O wants to leaves in their home country;

second because the salary are not meeting what they expect,

third because Ryanair are not offering enough prestige for the fonction

Fourth because with their type rating and experience, they will find better place

Fifth Ryanair offert no identity to them, pilot are self-employed , they feel not really corporate

sixth the Ryanair uniform looks ugly, how could you be proud to wear it ?

I still have other reason, but I’m stopping here…...

all major airline in Europe are sinking their F/O

so it will arrive one day, Ryanir will have some aircraft down…...
